This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.The work you'll do: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Consultant to join our growing team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with IC clients to identify their strategic objectives, assess mission objectives and organizational dynamics, and develop innovative solutions to drive mission impact and competitive advantage.Leveraging your expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business transformation, you will lead engagements focused on defining, refining, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with clients' long-term goals and objectives. From conducting industry research to facilitating strategic workshops and developing actionable recommendations, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through complex challenges and opportunities.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the IC organization. Bachelor's degree required

3+ years experience of government, intel community or mission based Strategy

3+ years experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and business transformation

1+ year experience based around strategy for emerging technologies

1+ years experience working directly with stakeholders

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance appropriate for the end client

Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

Demonstrated expertise in assessing the mission impact and strategic implications of emerging technologies across industries and verticals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Strong time management skills, with the ability to support multiple deliverables, workshops, and interviews, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client needs and market trends.

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
